我应该穿什么？
For the Old Town and Da Nang packages, bring your own outfit. Light colours stand out against the yellow walls. The Ao Dai and VIP packages include a traditional ao dai.
我从来没摆过姿势拍照，有问题吗？
No. Your photographer tells you where to stand and what to do, and most shots are taken while you walk and talk.
什么时候能收到照片？
The day after your shoot. You get 25 to 40 edited photos by email, plus all the unedited photos from your session.
一天中什么时候最好？
Early morning has the quietest lanes and is the coolest time in the hot months, so book 06:00 or 07:30 if you can. Late afternoon has the warmest light. The river is at its best after dusk, which is why the VIP package ends on a lantern boat.
可以取消或改期吗？
Cancel 24 hours or more before your start time for a full refund of what you paid. Later cancellations are not refunded. You can also change your date or time for free, as often as you need, up to 24 hours before.
如果我迟到了怎么办？
Message us as soon as you know. If you have not arrived 30 minutes after your start time, the booking counts as a no-show and is not refunded.
花灯船什么时候出发？
The lantern boat is an add-on for the 17:00 shoot and goes out between 17:00 and 18:30, so you do not need to choose a time. It is included in the VIP package, which runs at 17:00 so the shoot ends on the boat.
除了奥黛还有其他服装吗？
Yes. You can add Heritage clothing to any package when you book.
可以从岘港接我吗？
Yes. The Da Nang and VIP packages include a private car both ways. Enter your hotel at checkout. The Old Town and Ao Dai packages start at our meeting point in the old town.
现在要付多少钱？
A $20 deposit holds your slot, or you can pay in full at checkout. Pay the rest online before your shoot or in cash to your photographer on the day. Shoots less than 12 hours away are paid in full when you book.
下雨怎么办？
Your shoot goes ahead rain or shine. Umbrellas and wet streets photograph well. If a storm makes it unsafe, we move your shoot to another time, or refund you in full if no other time works.
摄影师会说英语吗？
They speak basic English. Your photographer shows you each pose with gestures, and anything about your booking is handled over chat.
包含古城门票吗？
No. The Hoi An old town ticket costs 120,000 VND per person and is paid separately.
轮椅可以通行吗？
Yes. Every package is wheelchair accessible. Tell us in the notes when you book and we plan the route around it.
奥黛有尺码限制吗？
Rental ao dai fit up to 70 kg for women and 80 kg for men. Message us before you book if you need a larger size.
